Un paseo por el Puertillo en Arucas
El Puertillo, in the municipality of Arucas, a town located on the coast, west of Punta Camello, next to a small black sand beach. This neighbourhood owes its correct name to its “puertillo” which established a certain seafaring activity related to fishing and the creation of salt pans along the coast.
The coastal district of El Puertillo is known for its beach and the famous Charcones, natural pools where you can enjoy a refreshing and peaceful day in one of the areas with the highest waves on the island.
