The staff are helpful and speak very good English. Comfortable apartment, well stocked, very fast internet (120mbps up 120mbps down). Only downsides were the aircon is a portable unit rather than built in so I'd had to choose between it being cool or being quiet. Also the hot water is limited but I knew about these issues from reviews before arriving. It was totally manageable if I didn't spending too long in the shower or washing up.
